Shipping and handling
Shipping charges depend on the order. Oversized items and destinations outside the continental United States may cost more. Our team will confirm additional charges before billing or shipping. The existing policy allows 4–10 business days for non-backordered continental-US orders.
Returns and exchanges
Contact the dealership for authorization before returning merchandise. The existing published policy provides a 30-day return period from shipment, requires unused items with their original packaging and instructions, and lists a 15% restocking charge. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us about incorrect items, exchanges, and return-shipping arrangements.
